Christmas Party Show 2021 December 03, 2021
Alice Nicholls, Sproose Moose & The Speedholes and Rachel Crack are lined up to perform at the annual Christmas bash.
Held each year in Jessica's home-town of Wakefield, the annual Christmas show has become something of an institution where The Bleeding Obvious performs a headline set but also introduces several acts she's had the pleasure of sharing a stage with.
After last year's show was online due to the pandemic, this year makes a return to a live party on Friday 17th December, in a new home of Henry Boon's Yard Bar in Wakefield.

ALICE NICHOLLS (she/they) is a queer songwriter, professional loudmouth, and still not sure what she wants to be when she grows up. Having trained in classical and folk music and then failing to be a punk, Alice has created her own brand of genre-hopping multi-instrumental protest-pop that celebrates, and sometimes yells at, the world. With songs that are by turns poetical, political, personal and profound, Alice Nicholls transcends the traditional singer-songwriter mould.
R CRACK is a teacher on the edge. Straddling issues like coming out and facing a job she hates every day, she delves into the embarrassing catalogue of her dating history, finding her identity and straight up just being northern. Prepare to take your role as her therapist at her next performance!
SPROOSE MOOSE & THE SPEEDHOLES bang out energetically ramshackle indie-rock-folk-punk guaranteed to make your dog howl.
It's all happening on the evening of Friday 17th December, doors open at 7:30pm. No ticket is required this year, just turn up but there will be a pay-as-you-feel bucket-shake.
The show is also subject to prevailing regulations - click to read our current show COVID policy.
Look forward to seeing you there!
