On The Bleeding Obvious’s debut album, the warm welcoming vibes reveals a stylistic eclecticism effortlessly bringing together house, psychedelic, and ambient into a satisfying whole. Reminiscent of Saint Etienne’s “So Tough” the way the songs unfurl is quite extraordinary. Narratives form throughout the album, of love, loss, and a sense of purpose.
