'Can't Dance, Don't Care' Tour Dates   May 10, 2019

Preparations are afoot for the Summer 2019 tour which will feature new songs alongside old favourites.

I've spent a substantial portion of the winter months in and out of the studio writing my third album, and there have been other things going on (most notably when I married my long-term partner Helen at the end of April) but now it's full speed ahead on the festival and Pride tour this Summer.

The first set of dates has been announced which includes:

  • A headline show at London LGBT+ Pride Picnic, at Victoria Park Bandstand in East London.
  • My first full staged home-town show in Wakefield since last year.
  • An acoustic show returning to Ric Neale's "Monochrome" evening, as part of Long Division Festival 2019.
  • Pride and Festival dates in Sheffield and Rotherham.
  • Plus other shows en-route between!

I'll be performing plenty of new songs, some of my older songs, and sometimes a song I won't perform if my Mum is in the audience. I'll leave you to decide which you prefer!

The full set of announced dates so far is:

  • Thursday 30th May WAKEFIELD Jolly Boys Brewery Tap (Long Division Festival)
  • Friday 21st June WAKEFIELD Full staged show, 8pm, with support from Scott Wainwright. £4
  • Friday 28th June WORTHING Cellar Arts Club
  • Sunday 30th June LONDON Victoria Park, headline show for LGBT+ Pride Picnic
  • Saturday 13th July ROTHERHAM Clifton Park Bandstand, Rotherham Pride
  • Sunday 29th September SHEFFIELD Haggler's Corner, Sheffield Diversity Fest 2019

As always you can see a full list of dates on The Bleeding Obvious Gig Guide.

Hope to see you at a show soon!
